Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights in Vita
34 AG, Leipzig, Germany, have fallen below the 15% threshold of the Voting
Rights on June 19, 2014 and on that day amounted to 14.96% (this
corresponds to 452,773 Voting Rights).
