VITA 34 AG: Supervisory Board appoints Dr. André Gerth as CEO

Leipzig, July 16, 2012 - The Supervisory Board of VITA 34 AG (ISIN
DE000A0BL849), the oldest private umbilical cord blood bank in the
German-speaking countries, appointed Dr. André Gerth as CEO with immediate
effect. The 48-year-old has been a member of the company's Management Board
since the beginning of June 2012 and has been responsible for the
operational business and foreign activities since then.
